Requires Arrayfire and Arrayfire Rust

Install Arrayfire

Install the Arrayfire 3.9.0 binaries at https://arrayfire.com/binaries/

or build from source https://github.com/arrayfire/arrayfire/wiki/Getting-ArrayFire
