This format sucks balls. Avoid.
This is a tool that decodes the files in the AFP folder for images in some Bemani games. The actual output AFP/AP2 file seems to be some kind of compiled bytecode I believe, heavily tied into ActionScript and Flash related crap. Not worth it.
