Adding Menu options for platform configs

I feel like we need menu bar item that opens a dialog that allows management of "platforms". Allows one to load/save a platform configuration into the GUI, and set/reset default parameters for it, and maybe deploy the platform configuration to the platform itself. This would allow, for example, default speeds to be set, default values for hover and pid control and other settings directly in CAMP. The dialog could simply load a yaml file into a text editor and allow one to edit/add items as a first go.
