WIMU3 Firmware - Improve timestamp accuracy

Currently, all data recorded by the WIMU3 are using a second-accurate timestamp. However, it could prove useful to have a more precise timestamp (millisecond-accurate timestamp). This has impacts on recorded data format, data streaming and loading in the WIMU Studio.
