Describe the bug
Compiler generates an output when module name is not declared

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. set
module (
     something
);
     something
endmodule
  1. then compile, it will generate an output with a name ".dot"

Expected behavior
Should throw an error message
