Welcome to our CMPUT 301 Project!
The purpose of this project is to, in teams of 5, create an Ride-sharing Android app similar to that of Uber or Lyft. This project was created to apply good practices, effective design techniques, and development tools within a team project to create an application with a graphical user interface.
The five team members are:

Tools used:
- Android Studio for IDE
- Elasticsearch for database. Available at http://ec2-35-160-201-101.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com:8080
- Slack for team communication
- Docker for hosting Elasticsearch
- AWS for hosting docker.
- Postman for testing the results of queries on Elastic search
- Espresso for UI testing
- JUnit for code testing
