VSend

Updated the scripts murfi2/util/python/receive_vsend/receive_nii.py and murfi2/util/python/receive_vsend/external_image.py at https://github.com/gablab/murfi2, written in python 2.7.18, to be compatible with python 3.12.

Installation

Pyenv

Testing VSEND

Run the script ./vsend/receive_nii.py, using the following flags:

-H: Set to the IP address of the computer
-p: Set to the port to listen
-d: the directory to save the imaging data to
