Question : Is Vampire compatible with 3D stack DRAM?

I'm intending to analyse power and energy consumption of DRAM technologies(HBM, HMC and Wide I/O ) by command traces obtained from Ramulator. As, Ramulator git suggests the usage of Vampire, I am curious to know if its compatible with 3D stack tech too.
If not, is it on cards for a new feature?
