DOM-intro
Project-Wayfarer
Group project designed as a travel blogging site. Since I owned the repo and project, I did a lot of coordination of tasks. Jia and I did much of the back end using pair programming and Elias and Christopher did the same for most of the front end. It was a really important learning experience for us to work with 4 people on one project for the first time and we all gained valuable Github experience in the process!
Recycle-Yourself
The vision is to build a site to connect people open to being a living donor with people who need a life saving donation. Posts will be shareable and can follow the journey of the Recipient or Donor through the process, which can span from several months to several years. Users will also be able to search for people in their area and filter by their account type to find a donor or recipient they can connect with.
Sensorial
First partner project! We used HTML, CSS, Javascript, MongoDB, Express, and Node for this project. Katie and I worked independently and did some pair programming to work through challenges together. We both gained experience working with the new challenge of having both of us playing in the same sandbox, which sharpened our Git and Github skills.
