The Configurable Locator is a replacement to the Configurable Place Finder application

The Configurable Locator application is a configuration of ArcGIS for Server and a JavaScript application that allows the public to locate parks, recreational opportunities boat ramps etc. in their community. This repo contains six unique application configurations: Parks Finder, Parks Locator, Water Access Locator, Events Calendar, Event Locator, and Wildlife Management Access Locator.

Requirements

Start now using Esri-supplied sample services

You can start using the application now by setting it up on a web server running Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and using sample services supplied by Esri. You'll need to convert to an application in IIS and use the ASP .NET 4.0. application pool.

##Selecting Your Configuration

The configurable-locator repo contains six unique application configurations: Parks Locator for Local Government, Parks Locator for State Government, Water Access Locator, Wildlife Management Access Locator, Events Calendar for Local Government, and Event Locator for State Government.

To get the Parks Locator for Local Government configuration rename configParkLocatorLG.js to config.js. To get the Parks Locator for State Government configuration rename configParkLocator.js to config.js. To get the Water Access Locator configuration rename configWaterAccessLocator.js to config.js. To get the Wildlife Management Access configuration rename configWMALocator.js to config.js. To get the Events Calendar for Local Government configuration rename configEventsCalendar.js to config.js To get the Event Locator for State Government configuration rename configEventLocator.js to config.js
