Before running update constants.ts with valid values:
RELAYER_PK: Private key used to send transactions. Must have tokens for gas
UP_ADDRESS: Address of some Universal Profile
UP_CONTROLLER_PK: Private key used to prepare transactions for executeRelayCall. Must be a controller of the Universal Profile with setData permission
