a experiment that involves developing a new and better way to handle the network stream from eve online
- Using offline data to handle embeded python calls.
- Unmarshaling 90% finished.
- Marshaling 40% finished.
- Only a handfull of normal pyton class and c api classes are implemented.
- TODO Need to implement a system so we send only the client packets and it will send the correct data back.
- TODO Unclear if its 1.6 compatible.
