The paper "A Phylogenetic and Phenotypic Analysis of Salmonella enterica Serovar Weltevreden, an Emerging Agent of Diarrheal Disease in Tropical Regions" aims to investigate the phylogenetic and phenotypic structure of S. Weltevreden. In this project we focus on reproducing the paper by applying the methodology, tools and raw data used in the experiments for the publication.
