Python library for Representational Similarity Analysis
RSA (Kriegeskorte et al 2008a, 2008b) is an application of multi-variate pattern analysis (MVPA). The primary tool in RSA is the representational dissimilarity matrix (RDM); in which each entry reflects the dissimilarity between patterns associated with two stimuli.
