Description

WildlifeTracker is an application that allows rangers to indicate animals both endangared and normal present in a forest undergoing destruction .

Prerequisites

  • Basic Git knowledge, including an installed version of Git.
  • Your application must run on the OpenJDK version 6, 7 or 8.

  • Gradle
  • Spark Framework
  • CSS (Bootstrap)
  • JUnit v4.12
  • Jacoco Plugin
  • Handlebars Templating Engine

SetUp instructions and installation

  • Clone this repository to a location in your file system.
  • Open terminal command line then navigate to the root folder of the application.
      $ git clone  https://github.com/CharlesMuvaka12345/heroSquad.git
      $ cd ../path/to/the/file

Behaviour Driven Development

  • There is a form to collect information about animals sighted.

    • Input - Enter Animal name.
    • Input - Enter Your name- Rangers name.
    • Input - Select the area the animal is sighted.
    • Output - Animal stored in the database;
  • There is a form to collect information about animals sighted.

    • Input - Enter Animal name.
    • Input - Enter Your name- Rangers name.
    • Input - Select the area the animal is sighted.
    • Input - Select the age of the animal.
    • Input - Select the health status of the animal.
    • Output - Animal stored in the database;
