  • generating violin plots to display the distribution of speeds and curvatures
  • performing statistical tests to validate the significance in changes under the influence of chemogenetic manipulations

Dependencies

  • Requires numpy, scipy, pandas and scipy to be installed.
  • Requires matplotlib and seaborn for generating the plots
