Transect Validation

• R scripts for the technical validation of elevational transects randomly sampled across the globe (relevant datasets: "extendedTransects_TwoDiff.zip" and "rotatedTransects_TwoDiff.zip" on Zenodo).

Transect Visualization

• Interactive web application hosted on Google Earth Engine for visualizing the relevant datasets of elevational transects and their geometric centroids within alpine treeline ecotones worldwide.
