Completed setup of metamask. Wrote first solidity smart contract in Remix IDE and deployed it on Rinkeby Test Network. Completed local environment setup with using VS Code. Learned to use ethers.js to intereact with blockchain. Deployed simple-storage.sol on Ganache blockchain. Later on used Hardhat environment to deploy, run and debug solidity code.
Learned the basics of decentralised and non fungible tokens. Built a defi which worked as a digital bank, allowing users to deposit cryptocurrencies and earn interest on it. The defi app consists of ethereum smart contracts, with test written for each function and deployed it to a blockchain. Also built a client side website for people to use the application.
