Installation

To run Poemify on your device follow the below steps.

  1. First of all star and fork the repository. Remember to get you own Gemini API Key. You can get your key from here https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/api-key

  2. Clone the repository

    https://github.com/Muhammad-Owais-Warsi/Poemify.git
  3. Navigate to Project directory

    cd Poemify
  4. Install the Dependencies

    npm i
  5. Start the server

    npm run dev

Before running Poemify, make sure to set up your Gemeni API key:

  1. Obtain your API key from Gemeni API (You can get it from https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/api-key ).
  2. Create a .env file in the root directory of the project.
  3. Add your API key to the .env file: NEXT_PUBLIC_GEMINI_API_KEY = your_api_key_here
