📦 How to Install

Download the latest release from the Releases Page and follow the installation instructions for your operating system:

  • Windows
    • Download and run the app. The initial splash screen is just the load screen not a bug. It's just the 🐿️.

✌️ Usage

  1. Open Journalize.
  2. Enter the title for your entry.
  3. Write your journal entry.
  4. Your entry is automatically saved locally.
  5. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your thoughts are securely stored.
  6. The files are stored in the location C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming

⚙️ Developer Installation

You must have NPM and Git installed in your PC

  1. Clone repo and change into directory 
    git clone https://github.com/Chitransh-j/journalize.git
cd journalize
  2. Install dependencies and run 
     npm install
 npm start
