Simple package for some basic computatinoal geometry functions.
A few useful functions:
- point_in_polygon check -- bulid with cython wrapping a simple C function.
- line-crossings -- sid eof line check and line segment intersection check.
This code was developed by the federal government, and is in the public domain.
