A Retrofit interface for Monzo's public API.

}Create a RxMonzoApiService through MonzoApi.retrofitBuilder().
Most methods require you to add an Authorization header with an access token
for authorization (and authentication). The provided AuthorizationInterceptor handles this for you. Simply add it to your Retrofit's OkHttpClient and provide it when creating the Retrofit instance.

.build();If you don't want to use AuthorizationInterceptor, requests having a No-Authentication: true
header won't need an Authorization header. All other requests require it.
