This repository contains the associated scripts to run the analysis for the paper [Rapid, simultaneous increases in the effective sizes of adaptively divergent yellow perch (Perca flavescens) populations]

Scripts can be run in R or on linux system

  1. gatk* files: scripts for variant calling using GATK
  2. gone* files: scripts for reconstructing demographic history using GONE
  3. stairway* files: scripts for reconstructing demographic history using Stairway Plot 2
  4. yellowperch* files: scripts for calculating population genetic parameters and making plots
