Overview of learn-rmarkdown
So far rmarkdown is hopeless for me on Windows computers, and particularly those configured for the USDA. On SciNet I can get it to work properly using the "knit" button in the RStudio window, but I cannot get it to work from rmarkdown functions in R scripts.A line I wrote on my local computer
