CoRE-Lab-UCF/MatFlood
This MATLAB tool simulates flood depth using a static approach, with optional features for calculating spatially varying floodwater levels and applying reduction factors. Variation from the paper's description: the optimal interpolation method use the minimum value across floodwater levels, instead of the mean.
