Fix Styling on Mailing List Subscription Page

Our mailing list subscription page at http://www.codemontage.com/join is looking janky, let's clean it up a bit:

@acrogenesis it turns out most of the jankiness is a Heroku production environment issue, and not the actual styling -_- so @courte is working with Heroku to get that part fixed ASAP :)
