composer require codexshaper/laravel-pwa

Install

php artisan pwa:install

Use: Add below code before closing head tag

{{ pwa_meta() }}

OR

@PWA

Finaly configure your own information. Go to {{url}}/pwa

Additionaly you may add below script after all js loaded to work perfectly bootstrap 4 custom file input

$(".custom-file-input").on("change", function() {
  var fileName = $(this).val().split("\\").pop();
  $(this).siblings(".custom-file-label").addClass("selected").html(fileName);
});
