THIS IS STILL WORK IN PROGRESS, I NEED TO ADD ROLE SYNC SO IF A BOSS LOSES ROLES THEY STILL CANT ACCESS THE MENU. Right now if a boss were to lose their job they can still access the menu until reconnecting.
