Goals for this messenger application:
Start with a basic Command-Line application that will send and receive encrypted messages
Find an efficent and effective way to encrypt while keeping speeds up
Move application to a basic web interface
Beautify the web interface to make it user friendly
Create an account management system, potentially using AWS DynamoDB free tier Username, email, password
Create mobile application that will follow the same pattern
