Create an python interface between GST and satellite to retrieve and send data

The idea would be to create a python-interface file that you can start and it will constantly accept new commands as long as you do not terminate it. That way you can connect to a satellite and access (pull or push) it's content as you like. This will act as a communication between a GST and a satellite.
