Smart IT Support Mentor

This project aims to improve customer support by utilizing Azure OpenAI Service. The objective of this project is to provide insights into the areas where the employee can improve their performance and offer tips on how they can do so. By doing this, the employee can enhance their skills, and ultimately improve the customer's experience.

When a customer calls a customer support line, the conversation will be recorded. ChatGPT will analyze the conversation and give the employee a rating on performance, and tips for improvement. ChatGPT is trained on how to give feedback about the conversations using prompt engineering techniques.

Installation

This project needs valid API keys and access to Azure OpenAI Service.

Usage

An example can be found under main_application → main.py

This project was developed at the Hackathon Hack4Ladies in Bremen, in May 2023. It was made possible through the collaborative efforts of six individuals. Fatima Maya, Pia Schliefke, and Thi Thanh Hoa Nguyen contributed to the project's programming aspect, utilizing their coding and software development expertise to create a smooth user experience. Anke Lederer, Tetiana Ursulova, and Lena Baum played a vital role in the conceptualization and development of the project, bringing their unique perspectives and ideas to the table.
