Create Welcome Screen/Level

A welcome screen of some sort so that people don't start the game from the terminal, either:
- A splash screen which just covers the game, on which would have a logo and some info such as controls, etc.
- A small piece of the level with an animated texture logo, lights and disco stuff, enemies about and the player making its way to a button to start the game (my preference but it is much more complicated to create as all the players would start on the same section (so other players would have to be invisible) but the button would press constantly)
