  • 'Neo Beat' is a new new generation music player. The aim to develop this application is to let everyone share their music on it. Beside, there is also comment board under each music and the composer can talk to their fans. *

(3) What does your application/UI do?

'Neo Beat' is a music player. Users can find musics which are from a wider range of artists(you can be one of them!). What's more, user can talk under music, each song is also a chat room for listeners who enjoy the same song.

(7) How are you structuring the data?

Mp3 with lable of the album and composer. Also a database for chat room(under developing)

(8) What pre-processing are you doing before ingesting the data?

We will creat tables to hold the text content for songs.

(9) What tech stack will you use to store the data?

Powergate. We will use it like a API

(10) How will you retrieve the data?

We will retrieve data from IPFS. And we will store our great music in filecoin for long-term back up.

(11) Who is the intended user for your application/UI?

For people who wants listen more folk music, expreeses thoughts and makes friends.

(12) Do you have any users already or plans to acquire users soon?

No. We will invite local artists first, and then hold a series of online concerts. For now, we expend our music library by adding free music.

(13) What challenges do you anticipate with this project?

The copyright related stuff. We need to consider more carefully about contracts for different artists so that their copyright are well protected.
