This project was mostly coded in 2001-2002 and recently added to a git repository with minor modifications.
This application is being developed under C++Builder 11.
It requires the TClientSocket and TServerSocket components. These components are not installed by default. See this page for installation steps: https://support.embarcadero.com/article/36470
