Question - Possibility to backport to 1.20.1?

I know most mods say "you could do it yourself" but I'm a bit too uneducated in that matter, so might as well start here

I saw many pretty neat fixes above 6.3.4, but there's not much for Forge 1.20.1, sad as many mods of modern minceraft seem to be there, for some strange reason?
