Prerequisites

Ensure you have the following installed:

  • pip (Python package installer)

  • Werkzeug==3.0.3
  • Flask==3.0.3
  • pyperclip==1.9.0

Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/yourusername/url-shortener-app.git
cd url-shortener-app

Set Up a Virtual Environment

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows, use `venv\Scripts\activate`

If environment fail!

python -m venv [name of environment]

Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt
