For ADNI & IGAP, 'adni/twas_lq_chr.R' gives the TWAS results for UV-TWAS and TWAS-LQ. 'adni/twas_mv_chr.R' gives the MV-TWAS results.
For GTEX & UKBB, 'gtex/ukbb_lm.R' gives the TWAS results for UV-TWAS.
'get_results/power_curve_*.R' collects the results and calculates the power for each model.
