IPC to control config + effects + etc

Thanks for vkBasalt! I'm just getting started with it, but I was curious - would it be possible to add some sort of IPC so that a CLI application could be used to configure vkBasalt?

This would allow users to configure whatever compositor to send commands via the ipc/tool to enable/disable vkBasalt, or reconfigure effects. And it would give other tools the chance to discover/configure vkbasalt on the fly. It would be neat to see other cli/gui/overlays be able to configure vkbasalt. I could imagine folks wanting to build automatic dl+config integration around vkbasalt.
