The Word Definer will allow users to enter any word of their choosing and attach a definition to said word. Users will able to create a list of words and add multiple definitions to the the words they have created. This program serves as an exercise in Ruby outing fundamentals.
- Clone this repository
- Make sure all gems listed in Gemfile file are installed by typing in 'bundle install' in the terminal
- In the terminal run 'ruby app.rb'
- Once you see the message Sinatra (v1.4.8) has taken the stage on 4567 for development with backup from WEBrick in the terminal navigate to your browser.
- In your preferred browser,type in localhost:4567
