Cellxgene-gateway with modifications to many of it's .html and .py scripts to obscure top level listings and provide limited navigation between filecrawl and other parts of cellxgene-gateway from the filecrawl homepage. Filecrawl html file is altered to provide a better looking landing page for researchers, with tutorial about what each link does and links are renamed.
