Category Browse is a plugin for Omeka that enables browsing of Omeka Content by element set, element name, and element text value.
It is available for Omeka 1.5 (Category Browse (1.x)) and for Omeka 2 (Category Browse (2.x)).
Warning This plugin is no longer maintained. Some ideas of it have been included in Reference.
Uncompress files and rename plugin folder "CategoryBrowse".
Then install it like any other Omeka plugin.
Immediate to dos:
- Add pagination to results
- Sort order by alpha in list view
- Improve slug creation/deconstruction routine to handle library subject heading style punctuation
- Add theme helper functions for use in item/show and item/browse pages
