A complete pipeline for weather forecast

The project's goal is to forecast the local weather of Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, Argentina using several available sources of weather data. In addition, we want to test if it is possible to predict some weather variables based on photographs of the horizon taken with the cell phone or a web camera.
