You can find a python code, called "Prova_11_12", used to the pre processing of medical image, in which is possible find a lot of morphological operator. While in the file "DL_project" u can find a method to cropping and resizing the medical images. It is also avaible a matlab file that contains the way to apply the Transfer Learning, in order to freeze the alredy trained weights and avoid the fine tuning.
