app_title config not working

Firstly, app_title=... doesn't appear in the default config and putting it in as shown on the readme.md example doesn't seem to change the title shown by the bot.

Yeah, the app_title isn't used any more I'll update the README. What
wording are you trying to change? I could possibly add some configuration
options for what you are looking for.

Ah fair enough, just wanted to change it completely to something custom but no biggie ๐ PS thanks for all the laughs you given our group over the last 2 years, our discord server loves this bot ๐
