当 UITableView/UICollectionView 数据为空时显示占位图
A drop-in UITableView/UICollectionView superclass category for showing empty datasets whenever the view has no content to display. DZNEmptyDataSet with Swift.

}注意: 通过 EmptyDataSetSource 设置了 CustomView 其他设置都会无效。通过链式方式设置 CustomView 其他控件的自动布局会无效。
Set customView by using EmptyDataSetSource, other setting will be invalid.Set customView by using Extensions, other autolayout will be invalid.
CustomView 显示的规则是：
- 居中显示
- 垂直偏移量根据 EmptyDataSetSource 中 verticalOffset 设置
- 长宽以 CustomView 实际值为准。但是 CustomView 是 UILabel 这类 UIView，那么如果未设置 frame 的话会根据内容自动布局合适的长宽
Rule for displaying CustomView
- CustomView will Display in the center of tableView
- The verticalOffset of customView can be setted by
