Week 1 tasks for Alphabot internship.
-TASK 1.1 - Remapped the right topics from the gazebo stimulator by correctly modifing the detect_whycon.launch file.
-TASK 2.2 - Initialized a node called whycon_detection, created a dictionary called whycon_coordinates, subscribed to the topic /whyon/pose and wrote a callback function for the subscriber to get the values from the topic and put it in the form of a key value pair in dictionary. In the dictionary key is ID of the whycon marker and value is an array that contains Position of the whycon marker.
