- Created react app with use of create-react-app
- Changed favicon, removed default react adjustments
- Created markup with use of react elements in app.js
- Added some styles to app.css
- Added graffiti and circle(only on mousedown event)
- Added a possibility to resize circles on canvas in runtime (with use of distance calculation between two points)
