Not working at all. Immediate blows the 1117

Has anyone actually built this?
As soon as i give it power it blows the 1117. When i power the Atmega just from 5v it works. Double, triple and 5x checked component placement and its all per v1.1

Found the issue, apparently the sot89 casings have many different pin configurations for LDO.
And the main MOSFET the IRLR8726TRPBF was bad and might not be optimal.
So make sure you get the correct SOT-89 LDO and an alternate to the IRLR8726TRPBF that works is AOD4184A.
