Navigate to top-level of directory

Open code editing software, such as VS Code

$ bundle install

$ postgres

Recreate the database schema by running createdb [DATABASE NAME], psql [DATABASE NAME], createdb -T [DATABASE NAME] [TEST DATABASE NAME]

$ rspec to assure all tests are passing

$ ruby app.rb
-
Navigate to browser to enjoy app

- User can view and add volunteers
- User can add volunteers to a project
