Add option so that by default, any PNG/BMP/JPG are automatically flagged as large_image

Since this is an image first system, we should allow the option that any png/jpg/bmp that is added to the system has the large_image flag automatically set. I currently have to do this after upload, but probably should make this automatic

There is already a setting in large_image plugin to try to use all files as large_images. Is this not enough?

I may have missed that... I thought that just prevented re-encoding to a multi-res / tiled image unless it's bigger than X pixels..
